  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ Lime Juice
  • ¼ Cup Cilantro
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • 1 tbsp. Salt
  • ½ Jalapeno (optional)
Directions:

Add the ingredients to a high speed blender in the following order: tomatoes, cucumber, lime juice, olive oil, water, salt, kale, celery, green onion, garlic, avocado, cilantro. Add the watery ingredients first for an easier time blending. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until well mixed. Add sprouts to the top for added nutritional benefits. Enjoy!
